Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item to assist with the resolution process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs
